What areas do you tow in?

Top End Towing covers a vast area of North Australia, Mount Isa through to Broome and the whole of the Northern Territory.

How quickly can you get here?

Generally, we can reach most local areas within 60 minutes of your call, anytime of day, areas beyond this will need to be discussed with the dispatch operator. Upon booking a tow with us you will be given the ETA as provided by the driver.

What distances do you tow?

Top End Towing can provide towing and transport services 500m up the road, or a 1500km trip we have no restrictions on distance.

Can I cancel a tow after I book it?

Yes, you can cancel a tow unless we have already despatched the tow truck. Once we have despatched a truck unfortunately the job cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept cash payment?

For the security of our customers and drivers we do not accept cash payment for jobs. All jobs must be prepaid at time of booking via a credit or debit card.

What will the truck look like?

Our trucks all have Top End Towing branding to identify us.

Are you insured?

Yes, Top End Towing and every sub-contractor are fully insured.
